Involved in ministry to young people for much of his life, Thomas will be addressing how to build a ministry to young people through building service projects and building relationships.<\/p>\n

Meeting monthly, some of the topics included are: Creating a Healthy Youth Ministry Culture; Outcome-Based Ministry; Faith Webbing; Safeguarding; Models of Youth Ministry; Developing Daily Disciplines; and Disciplines for Beyond.<\/p>\n
Each course includes access to a presentation, handouts, resources, an extended question and answer time period, and more. The site also contains 100+ teaching videos and template forms geared towards ministry to young people.<\/p>\nYear Long Coaching<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\nThis experience begins with a 1 \u00bd day seminar in central Ohio followed by regular coaching connections for approximately one year with an ending event also held in central Ohio. The objective of the experience is to help youth ministry advocates to delve deep into the \u201cHow To\u2019s\u201d of implementing the concepts of Faith Webbing and Outcome-Based Ministry in their congregation.<\/p>\n
