An Update From The Field
In May of 2018, I was contacted by Rev. Peter Maganda, dean of the Eastern District of the Lutheran Church of Uganda (LCU) and also dean of students at the Lutheran Theological College in Magamaga. He was very interested in our renewal weekend program. We sent him all of our material so that the LCU could start planning renewal weekends for congregations in the Eastern Deanery. Three very successful weekends were held in the fall and, as a result, I was invited by Pastor Peter and Bishop, Rev. Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! This winter we have a lot of snow! Almost every day it snows! We have had snowy winters for the last three years. It reminds me of my childhood when we had to shovel snow and make snowmen!

I am sure you know who I am, however it is always good to remind ourselves who a global worker is. He or she is a person that is sent and supported by the interested party. The Lord said that we need to make disciples in all nations. Belarus is one of them. This country has difficult conditions for ministry and remains hostile to Christ.
