NALC Global Worker Update – The Panzo Family

“Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; let Your good Spirit lead me into a level country and into the land of uprightness.”  – Psalm 143:10

Dear Partners in Mission,

It is almost the end of the year 2018, and since we will be out of the DRC on December 13, traveling to the USA to participate in our daughter, Nicole Panzo’s, wedding, we wanted to say thank you to all of you for your prayers, donations of kindness and your thoughts that allowed us to survive on the ground. Also, we thank God, the sustainer and protector of our lives, He is the one who used each of you to be faithful and helpful in our mission in the DRC. With God and you, we were able to accomplish some tasks that we felt were impossible.  Continue reading “NALC Global Worker Update – The Panzo Family”

Advent – A Time to Point to Jesus

Dear disciples of Jesus throughout the North American Lutheran Church:

I encourage you to immerse yourself in this season, instead of enduring it as a necessary requirement in order to get to Christmas — the true focus of our energy and attention. One of the key figures in this season is John the Baptist and his message and ministry. Update from NALC Ministry Partner – EEMN

A small team departed for Russia on October 24th, in order to lead an EEMN Friendship English Language School at the Lutheran Church in Kondopoga.  The 2016 Russin Yarovaya Law has significantly restricted the way churches and foreign missionaries may function in the Russian Federation.  However, the law does not forbid our activity, nor quench the thirst people have for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Continue reading “Update from NALC Ministry Partner – EEMN”
