A Healing Presence – An Online Celebration of Thankfulness

Please join us for the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch for their first online event – “A Healing Presence – An Online Celebration of Thankfulness” on November 19th at 2 pm ET.   Registration is simple!  There is no cost!   It’s as easy as registering and turning on your computer!

I bet you miss some of the people in your life. A big part of being human is the connection, the interaction, the being with each other… the presence. Loss of connection is probably the greatest overall impact of the COVID pandemic. We aren’t with each other. I haven’t seen my brother and sisters since February. I am sure you, too, feel the distance of COVID.

Presence is the overarching “special sauce” of the work of the Ranch. We welcome and celebrate Christ’s presence among us as we care for our precious kids. We see each child as an individual with their own story, their own strengths. We are present for them as they heal from their past. We are present for each other as we lean into the hard work, each day, that is necessary to help children discover their best selves. We continue to be there for them when others aren’t We are blessed that, with many, many precautions we have been able to maintain that presence for the children at the Ranch, even now.

We believe is it that “Healing Presence” that allows Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch to help children that others say can’t be helped.

You are a huge reason we are able to continue our work, even in a pandemic. Because of your prayers and your partnership, we continue.

We want to say thank you. Join us for a free online event, “A Healing Presence: an Online Celebration of Thankfulness,” on November 19, 2-3 pm ET. We’ll provide you with an update on the impact you are making with your support. It is a celebration of thankfulness from us to you!
